• Returning Jewelry
  If you wish to return a jewelry item, please do so within 7 days of receipt, following the directions below. Note: In order to return your jewelry purchase, the item's wear tag must still be attached. Sorry, no exceptions.

 

1. Contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and the address for return. Please email us at sales@bestjewelrydeal.com.
   
    
2. Write the return authorization number on your packing slip below the merchandise description. Also make a note of it for your future reference.
   
    
3. Write the reason for return below the return authorization number on the packing slip.
   
    
4. Carefully package the item, as well as items that accompanied it, in the original shipping carton. Include the packing slip, as well as the appraisal letter, if one was included in your original order. Items must be in as-new condition with the original wear tags in place to be accepted for return.
   
    
5. Address the package to the return address provided by Customer Service, including the return authorization number as indicated. For your protection, we recommend that you do not indicate anywhere on the package that it contains jewelry or expensive items.
   
    
6. Take your package to USPS (the post office). Have it insured for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), and send it via Registered Mail with Return Receipt Requested. We will only accept USPS Registered Mail, Signature Required, Fully Insured, Return Receipt Requested jewelry returns. If your package does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.
   
    
7. Keep your Registered Mail receipt in a safe place for your future reference. Please note: you are responsible for the returned item(s) until we accept it for return. Before Bestjewelrydeal.com ships any luxury jewelry, we carefully inspect each item for our records. Certain items are also photographed. Upon return receipt, we once again inspect all jewelry before issuing any refunds or credits. Merchandise that does not match our records will not be accepted. Once the item is received, inspected, and certified, a credit for the purchase price of the item will be issued to the credit card used at the time of the purchase.
